I had a slightly below average experience with Okada America. The customer service was decent, but the quality of their products could definitely use some improvement. The website was easy to navigate and find information on their products, but it was lacking in terms of user experience. Overall, I wouldn't say it was a terrible experience, but I was expecting more from such a reputable company.
