I recently had the opportunity to order a custom sign for my business from the company. The website was easy to navigate, and I appreciated the variety of design options available. However, I found the communication process to be a bit slow, and it took longer than expected for my order to be processed and shipped. The quality of the sign itself was decent, but I had higher expectations based on the price. Overall, I'd rate my experience as average. I would recommend the company for simple designs, but for more complex or time-sensitive orders, there may be better options available. I'm hoping to see improvements in their communication and shipping times in the future. 😐
