I called and made an appointment for a Recall to b...

I called and made an appointment for a Recall to be repaired. I then called the day before my appointment to confirm the parts needed to complete the Recall repair was in stock. I was told they had the parts. The next day I went for my 7AM appointment, not only could they not find my appointment but they only had 1 of 3 parts needed to complete my Recall repair. I work 6 days a week so this was very inconvenient as my time is very valuable. The Advisor was professional but nothing was done to satisfy me the Customer besides another appointment being made.
