Very bad after sales service! Once you spent the money, they don t care about you at all...! After I ve complained many times to their office and not receiving close follow ups (for 200 refund - after a flight cancelation)..., the employee invented to his managers that I ve been threatened him physically... (I still don t understand why he would say something such serious for a simple customer complaint). I ve never experienced that kind of non professional attitude. So disappointed... it is actually so scary
