I have had the most incredible service from a young man named Matt Redekopp. I was blown away at my very first intake appointment. This man has the most professional approach, is very well spoken and courteous, and makes you feel like you are being served by a high class professional. He took a lot of time with me, finding out about my injury and explaining in detail but in layman's terms, what was going on with my muscle strain and why I had so much pain. He explained treatment options, continually checked in with me during the session and gave me great follow up exercises. The feeling I got was that he wanted to equip me to do as much as I could on my own between treatments, so as to minimize the number of times I'd have to come in and see him directly. I have never felt so thoroughly cared for in my 50 years of accessing medical and paramedical services. I truly cannot say enough good about this young man. As a registered marriage and family therapist myself, I understand the importance of good, ethical client care and this young physiotherapist nails it in every way. I would refer anyone to physiotherapist Redekopp at Performance Integrated Health.
