I took a cooking class at Mirepoix cooking school and it was a lot of fun. The instructors were knowledgeable and created a relaxed atmosphere. I learned some new recipes and techniques that I'm excited to try at home. The facilities were clean and well-equipped. I would recommend this cooking school to others!
