I had an issue with the BIOS on my laptop and getting it to boot back into windows. However, Henry was assigned to assist me with the issue and he did an awesome job. He never got frustrated and didn't quit until the problem was fixed. I didn't lose anything and all my work was still where I left it. THANK YOU HENRY!!!!!!
