One of my favorite hotels in Bali. The Holy Night Dinner last night was delicious. It was beyond our expectations. Truly money well spent. The hotel room was also spotless. It was cleaned, sanitized, and sealed prior to our arrival. Also, I have to commend their staff. We made several requests through emails and when I reconfirmed them during checked in the receptions knew them all. I have to say that this was quite rare. I once stayed in a 5 star that when I reconfirmed my advance requests to the front office staff they had no clue. This was my second stay and I will always recommend this excellent hotel. Keep up the great service you guys
