Mario was so helpful. Although someone else was in the process of purchasing the vehicle we wanted, he stayed in contact with us just in case the sale fell through. And thankfully it did! He called us and arranged for the vehicle to be inspected at a local dealer at our request. His attentiveness and willingness to do what we needed to make us feel secure in our purchase made our experience the best ever. I have a lot of respect for your dealership due to the interaction with Mario and the finance department. I don't remember the young ladies name, but she was kind, patient and extremely professional. Would highly recommend your dealership!
