We would like to say a very big thank you to National Property Trade and especially Danny and Samson. They both worked above and beyond to not only get the sale through in a very fast time but explain the products they offer in fine detail. We chose the Assisted Sale option, as this offered us the higher figure. With the stress removed from our shoulders no more bills to pay and a large payment upfront we felt we had been given a new lease of life. The property then only took five weeks to go through and we received the funds the same day. Based on our local Estate Agent's valuation it worked out, along with all the fees and bills (including our Mortgage repayments) that it equated to 91% of these valuations. Again, we can't thank you enough for all your help and we would happily leave this review for you guys. Robyn & Michael x
