My experience at West Valley Chrysler started a few days ago, When we brought in a vehicle to have some work done. The car a 2003 Town and Country had been having problems for some time and had been seen by several other shops including another Chrysler dealer, but no one could figure out the problem....Until service advisor Eder Alcaraz and the team got their hands on it. Within one day they had the problem diagnosed and the answers to fix it... Well after the work was done we made the decision to trade the car in. that's when we met an amazing Manager Todd Coefield who helped us through the process from start to finish. He made the whole buying process a lot more enjoyable then what comes to mind when you think about spending your day at the dealership. We felt very comfortable the whole time .... and wow what a DEAL!! they beat all other prices I had seen online and worked really hard to get me a really good monthly payment. and if it wasn't nice enough already we even got a visit from the General Manager Eric Van Ace thanking us for being part of the Chrysler family... so needless to say I would recommend this dealer to Everyone...We left with a fully loaded 2015 Chrysler Town and Country
