Had a signed lease by both parties in place. 3 days later after paying for insurance on the property and buying relevant furniture (final sale) - they forced me to agree to break the lease on the point of "does not meet landlord requirements." They failed to follow the standards set by the industry and cost me hundreds of dollars and hours of my time as a result.
AWFUL Brokerage - AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
