The desserts at Sugar rush by frances are amazing! The quality of their cakes, cookies, and pastries is outstanding. I highly recommend trying their famous chocolate cake. It is rich, moist, and absolutely delicious. The staff is friendly and the service is excellent. I will definitely be coming back for more!
