This company is utter garbage and should be shut down for what is unmistakenly corruption. There are over 500 dollars of fees on my loan care account that came from what they would claim were late payments, however, they conveniently lost a check in the mail and then the next month, they did not process the payment correctly. We mailed them to dispute these lates and reporting, they never responded.

I don't believe anyone in their right mind would do business with this company if they had a choice, but they buy loans and screw people for a living. I am hopeful this company goes down either in flames. I will report this place to the BBB for questionable business dealings and give them negative reviews on any and every reporting site I can. That still doesn't give justice to how many families this shady conglomerate leeches from in already hard times to navigate financially. -100 starts would not be enough to capture the insidious practices of these thieves.
