Poor quality, poor value, not professional, not re...

Poor quality, poor value, not professional, not responsive. The signature in their email say service that exceeds expectations which is laughable. It should say service that is consistently bad enough to make you cry. I could not get in touch with them for months to correct a payment issue. Whenever I did was was only after filing consumer protection complaints. the representative was so upset at me wanting an explanation she tried to end the call without taking my payment I had to grovel to get her to do it. and even though that did get resolved they would not delete my record of late payments and here we are in December and they have no record of me paying them this month even though my bank has verified the payment was sent. There s a reason they have multiple pending lawsuits.
