I have been a customer of Montecito Association for several years now and I must say their service is average at best. While they do get the job done, they lack the attention to detail and personal touch that I would expect from a top-notch company. They could definitely improve their communication and responsiveness to customer inquiries. Overall, my experience has been satisfactory but not exceptional.
