I have had a mixed experience with Lundgren & Young Insurance. Some aspects of their service are really good, while others could be improved. The claims process can be a bit slow at times, but their customer support team is always helpful and tries to resolve any issues. Overall, I think they have the potential to be a great insurance company if they work on their shortcomings.
