I had a mixed experience with Better letter mailing services. Although their customer service was responsive and friendly, the quality of their work left something to be desired. There were a few errors in my mailings that had to be corrected, which resulted in a delay. However, they were apologetic and fixed the issues promptly. Average company overall.
