Mixed feelings about this place. The facility is very nice (not that I have anything to compare it with). They really helped me in my time of need.

That said, I must add that they have a lot of rules which often seem "unfair". The first line staff is generally very young. They use (are given?) very little discretion in situations that arise. I assume their low wages contribute to those last 2 realities.

The Volunteers are very nice and are essential to making the Shelter work. Kudos to the woman who manages that!
