The food at Silver Spur Cowboy Cooking was fantastic! I had their smoked ribs and they were finger-licking good. The meat was incredibly tender and the BBQ sauce had the perfect balance of sweetness and smokiness. The serving size was generous and the prices were reasonable. The staff were friendly and attentive. Overall, a great dining experience and I will definitely be coming back for more!
