I had an average experience with Bay of Bengal Programme. The website bobpigo.org was easy to navigate, but the overall service provided by the company was just satisfactory. The customer support was helpful, but it took longer than expected to get a response. The program offered by Bay of Bengal Programme did provide some useful information, but it could have been more comprehensive. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
