I am a CUSTOMER and I would rate Umthombo resources as average. The company's website, uslra.org, provides useful information about their services. However, I found the customer support to be lacking. The response time was slow and the representatives were not very helpful in resolving my queries. Additionally, the pricing for their products seemed a bit high compared to other similar companies in the market.
