I recently used Texas Medical Concierge for my medical needs and I must say, their service was average. The staff was friendly and professional, but there were a few issues that could have been handled better. Although they were prompt in scheduling my appointments, the wait time at the clinic was quite long. Additionally, the billing process was a bit confusing and it took some time to sort out the charges. Overall, I had a satisfactory experience with Texas Medical Concierge.
