Ordered a suit and this already took 2 weeks before I received it, turned out to be the wrong size. Not touched, not removed from the box, nothing done ....
Neatly returned, only a week later I receive a message that the package has been received, while UPS was able to confirm that it had been delivered one day after I had delivered it to the post office. After 2 weeks I still had no money, I had contact by phone and they had worked on it so I could expect my money with 2 days. 2 weeks after having had telephone contact, no money yet. Again called, had to be consulted with colleagues ... Then I receive an email that the product is not in original, new condition so I can go to pay for cleaning ... The package is not even taken out of the box ?! Now almost 2 months later and not even my money, good service! really great! will order from Winkelstraat.nl more often
