I've been a customer of Konecta wireless for a while now and I have to say, their service is just average. The network coverage is decent in most areas but there are some dead zones where I don't get any signal. The call quality is okay, but I have experienced a few dropped calls. The customer support is not very responsive and it takes a while for them to resolve any issues. Overall, I would rate them as an average company.
