I ordered a necklace from hpcsilver.com and I am quite pleased with my purchase. The necklace is lovely, however, I found the clasp to be a bit fragile. Nonetheless, the customer service team promptly replaced it with a sturdier clasp at no additional cost. I appreciate their quick response and willingness to resolve the issue. Overall, I had a positive experience with HPC Silver and would consider purchasing from them again in the future.
