I had a mixed experience with South Jersey Websites. While their initial designs were impressive, I found their customer service to be lacking. It was difficult to get timely responses to my queries, and the communication process could have been smoother. However, once these issues were addressed, the final website they delivered was of good quality. There is room for improvement in terms of customer support.
