The hotel is excellent, the room beautiful but I had a problem leaving my wallet on the plane, I got very worried and asked for help from the concierge and it did not help at all, and it showed the lack of interest, I had to call my country and from there they helped me with the numbers and the information to recover my portfolio. This gesture left me with a very bad taste in my mouth, I had lost my wallet with money and credit cards. I hope next time show more concern about any emergency that your guests may have.
