Today call at 8:17 am The switchboard operator answers intervention in 45 minutes. The convenience store arrived at 9:37 am. When at 8:53 am I called the switchboard operator back, she replied that she was not there to be yelled at in the morning. If from the start she had told me to wait for 1 hour 30 minutes, either I would have said OK, or I would have called FLEX UP ..... and she would not have been yelled at in the morning ... ....... It doesn't even deserve a star ....
.........I rectify !!!!! EXCELLENT REACTIVITY OF THE COMPANY which to compensate for the delay in the intervention granted us a spontaneous commercial gesture. BRAVO !!!!! The intervention perfectly carried out on site !!!!!!!!!!!
