I recently had an experience with Fullrich and I must say, it was quite average. The customer support was prompt in responding to my queries, but the overall service was just mediocre. I expected more from such a renowned company. The website was user-friendly and easy to navigate, but the prices were too high for the quality of products. I would rate Fullrich as an average company.
