I received a gas hob with a factory defect (defective nut and the elbow cannot be connected) an authorized service technician stated the defect, no repair possible in the service and no possibility of connecting to gas. only during assembly and the complaint was not considered. I was left with no money and no kitchen. I am sending the CD back to the factory, maybe they will do something because I have nothing to look for on the spot.
