I have been a customer of Enserch Corporation for a few years now and I must say that their service is average. While they fulfill their basic responsibilities, there is nothing exceptional about their performance. The website, ensperch.com, is user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, I feel that they could improve their customer support as the response time can be quite slow at times.
