Just purchased my first Mini Cooper and was fortunate enough to make that purchase at Orlando Mini. The salesman (Patrik Pastel) and Business manager (Chris Cutting) made the process my best car purchasing experience ever. Patrik was polite, honest and totally upfront about the entire sales process which is quite the experience when you are purchasing a car. Chris made the finance process quick and seamless. In and Out in a matter of minutes. The biggest and most pleasant surprise was that I was treated as if I was purchasing a new car which I have never experienced before even though myy actual purchase was a used 2007 Mini. I currently have a leased vehicle and I know as soon as that lease ends - I am heading back to Orlando Mini to Patrik and Chris and purchase that convertible Mini that I have always wanted. If you want to board the Mini mania train, I would highly recommend Orlando Mini to everyone. Don't hesitate, stop by and enjoy the wonderful experience that I encountered at this outstanding car dealership.
