I had a rather average experience with Next Step, LLC. The customer service was satisfactory, but I found the overall quality of their products to be lacking. It took longer than expected for my order to arrive and when it finally did, I was disappointed with the condition in which it arrived. The packaging was damaged and some of the items were missing. While the company eventually resolved the issue and sent replacements, the whole process was quite inconvenient.
