I've been a customer of this bank for a while now and overall, I'm quite satisfied with their services. The online banking platform is easy to use and I can access my accounts anytime, anywhere. The staff is helpful and friendly. However, there have been a few instances where I've faced some technical glitches with their mobile app. Other than that, I have no major complaints.
