First room we were in room130 had a broken toilet ...

First room we were in room130 had a broken toilet seat and no cold water moved to room 29 and bathroom shelf was broken and unclean didnt look like it had been cleaned there was Mark's in the toilet,.... Bathroom door when shut locked in the bathroom mentioned it to reception and got told she would tell maintenance there was no breakfast option as was stated and no leisure facilities either which is what we paid for also ..... We were meant to stay there in September but booked elsewhere now
