I'm so happy to have found Teague Classical Pilates! 😊 The instructors are fantastic and always make me feel welcome. The classes are engaging and fun, and I always leave feeling rejuvenated. The studio is clean and well-equipped, with a great selection of equipment. Highly recommend!
