The company was in the search for a new place to relocate the office to. We heard about an auction for commercial properties and we decide to check it out. One of them that were being auctioned was exactly what we were looking for and I placed a bid on behalf of the company. We were able to get the property. It was something different, but being able to get such a great building through an auction was pretty amazing.
