I recently collaborated with a consultancy company for my project and had a satisfactory experience. Their understanding of SAP, Microsoft, Oracle, and Salesforce.com was decent, and they were able to deliver the expected results. The team was responsive and professional, making the collaboration smooth. However, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of providing more innovative solutions and proactive support.
