Visited the Syracuse Egg-Plant last night and it was an amazing experience. The food was fantastic and the service was top-notch. I particularly enjoyed the Eggplant Parmesan – it was cooked to perfection. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. Can't wait to come back for another delicious meal!
