I am new to Bondora and I am not happy with it.

I am new to Bondora and I am not happy with it.
I use G&G which at first glance looks good because as they write "you can get your money out fast", it just requires them to verified your bank account, that is here that the problems start, a very slow customer support with countless writing back and forth, with first the one that is wrong and when you solve it there is something else wrong and then the first was not quite anyway, I have so far used 3 weeks on getting my account verified, and I am not done yet, so I can access my money, but it is dragging on and it has not succeeded yet. It seems incredibly amateurish when you consider how many years Bondora has been on the field, frankly because at other points it works fine enough, therefore only a star (I can't give half a star) and not a recommendation worthy.
