Don't count on getting your mail or packages from ...

Don't count on getting your mail or packages from this location. 1/3 of our packages have delivery issues.

We have had/continue to have many delivery issues and I don't think we are alone. Instead of resolving the issues, they don t answer the phone so they can avoid helping you.

Additionally, we asked them several times to come out to the parcel box to check for keys in the wrong box when we knew we had packages. In 3+ days, they couldn't manage to send someone out, nor could the ask the carrier to do so.

Just a brief history with our USPS experiences:

2.4.17 yet another Saturday "guaranteed delivery" that shows as delivered but isn't at my house. 2.5.17 after complaining to amazon, 2.4 tracking now shows "handed to resident." 2 days later the mail was in our parcel locker.

12.10.17 We have enrolled in informed delivery. Noticed 2 signature confirmation packages have been in transit from this location for over 2 weeks. When I called (surprisingly got through around lunch time after calling 5-6 times with the phone going unanswered), Robert finally answered and tried to tell me the packages didn t exist. Finally after noting I can see them due to the informed delivery app, he told me yep, they are lost and to file a claim with the post office online. Thank goodness the sender paid for signature confirmation.
As of 4.18 they still have not managed to find these packages.

4.25.18 supposedly packages were delivered to our parcel locker again. Imagine that, they aren t there again!

Delivery Attempted - No Access to Delivery Location. We have a community mailbox in a residential neighborhood, how is this even possible?
