Apparently the only way to remove my review of my over 6 years of employment with this company was to delete all the reviews.
As stated above I work for this company for over 6 years. I gave everything, I helped them develop new processes. played a vital part in many of their projects, even their engineers were surprised.
After being seriously injured and requiring back surgery, I had to go on l&I. When I was still considered extremely light duty, Janaki created a position for me so that I could come off of L&I coverage, and return to full-time work. A few months later I was called into the office at the end of my work day, and told by one of the senior representatives of janaki that they no longer had a position for me at their company. Not only did they lie to me about being able to provide me future employment but they also lied to our state and they played the system so they would not have to pay what they would be required to our L&I State organization.
The job that they had created for me, has currently been offered to two other employees that are also on L&I coverage currently.
During my over 6 years of employment I was privileged and not so privileged to see how the Janicki organization works.
I would not recommend this business for a place of employment, nor would I recommend them to anybody seeking an honest manufacturer who is going to be truly forthcoming, and offer a product that is worth the money you're paying for.
Because of the hush money contract they forced me to sign when they terminated me I cannot go into details.
