It's better than most Goodwills in how well organized it is and how much it has to offer. It's definitely understaffed though and the shopping carts can't be taken off the sidewalk to your car before they lock up.

This last one doesn't sound like a big deal until you're alone with a tired toddler and too much to carry on your own. I understand they don't want shopping carts stolen, but then at least have enough employees to offer some form of assistance to the car. If nothing else, maybe a verbal head's up when you see a person putting their bags in the same cart their toddler is in?
