We went for help with our Osprey backpacks that we bought at REI in Jacksonville. Let me tell you the staff at Peter Glenn didn't bat an eye about helping us. I highly recommend Molly Tuman. She was the best. Very knowledgeable. Showed us how to properly adjust our Osprey backpacks, what we were doing wrong, even gave us pointers about our shoes, how to tighten them properly to keep heels in place and stop toes from hitting the front of the shoes. Spent a lot of time with us and we are very appreciative. Learned a lot. I highly recommend her, the store, and all the friendly staff. Not a heavyweight backpacking store, meaning no tents, sleeping pads, cooking gear, etc. But for lighter backpacking needs such as shoes, orthotics, socks, gloves, and Osprey packs ( they do carry heavy duty packs), I highly recommend them.
