I have been banking with them for a while, and overall, I am quite satisfied with the service they provide. The website is easy to navigate, and the online banking features are convenient. Their rates are competitive, which is always a plus. However, I do think there is room for improvement when it comes to customer support. Sometimes it takes a bit longer than expected to get a response. Other than that, I would say it's a great bank to work with.
