I recently attended a communications training workshop and it was a good experience overall. The trainers were knowledgeable and provided useful tips and techniques for effective communication. The workshop included interactive activities that helped us practice our communication skills. While the workshop could have been more engaging at times, I still found value in the training and would recommend it to others.
