I recently came across a law firm's website and decided to give it a try. The website design was clean and easy to navigate, which initially caught my attention. However, my experience with the services provided by Seiler, Singleton & Associates, PA was just average. The response time to my inquiries was fairly slow, and I felt that I had to constantly follow up to get the information I needed. The staff was polite, but not overly friendly or welcoming. The overall level of professionalism was satisfactory, but nothing extraordinary. While the services offered by Seiler, Singleton & Associates, PA are decent, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of their communication and customer service.
