Went to Sun Toyota in Holiday, Fl. for my yearly checkup. I had NO complaints, only wanted a yearly checkup. I bought My Toyota Avalon there in 2009. Loyal customer since 2009. I trusted them to care for my car until NOW! Remember, I had no complaints! Well after charging me almost $2,000.00 for so called repairs, I heard a strange humming from under my car, I turned my steering wheel left and right and the humming got worse. Worried I went to a local repair shop to have it checked out. The local mechanic said I was low on transmission fluid, and put more in. He asked if I had an oil leak, I didn't know because I never looked under my car. Got home and checked, I had PUDDLES of oil on my garage floor. This was less than 2 months since Sun Toyota had completed my checkup. Now they have my car to fix it. Mr. A Roche called me said, ("Everything looks FINE", "I cleaned up the extra oil!" "I drove it and sounds great!" ) HELLO! He forgot the whole story! and why he even had my car. I asked him if he had my records there and when I repeated my story again, he said "oh now I understand!... WHAT!
STILL WAITING FOR CALL BACK ITS NOW 10:30 AM NEXT DAY AND NO CALL.
11:30 am Mr. Roche finally called, said, "No Leaks! I'm going to drive it around I see how it feels" Nothing about the pull to the left when breaking, and nothing about replacing the valve, As his manager John Mendonca had originally said they would do.
