I recently booked a vacation through this travel agency and I must say that my overall experience was just average. The website was user-friendly and it was easy to navigate through different destinations and packages. However, the customer service was lacking as they took quite a long time to respond to my inquiries. Additionally, there were some discrepancies between the advertised prices on the website and the final billing amount. The accommodations they provided were satisfactory, but nothing extraordinary. Furthermore, the itinerary they provided lacked detailed information and recommendations about the local attractions and activities. I expected a more personalized touch in terms of local insider tips and suggestions. While my trip wasn't a disaster, I wouldn't necessarily recommend this company if you're looking for a truly exceptional vacation experience.
